  Very poor customer service. They don’t care about service, just sales. I was desperate for the phone to be unblocked for my 80 year old aunty to be able to use the phone but, no matter how much I tried, they said I needed an appointment another day while there were plenty of the staff free wondering around. If I had the choice, I would give them 0 stars. Next time I would think 10 times before buying any apple product.

  Customer service was really poor. I had a visit to Watford showroom last week to buy 2 phone, compare to that store this was 2/10. Staff just walking around, i found too many other customers waiting for staff, in mean time website went down, i had to follow the staff again . Never ever gonna visit this store

  I am currently in an advanced stage of pregnancy and was waiting in the Apple Store at Westfield. I was seated for a long time and no one approached me or offered any assistance. Even after explaining that I was in discomfort and would have appreciated being seen as a priority, I was not helped. I am very disappointed with the level of service. I expected more care and consideration, especially in a situation where a customer is visibly pregnant and uncomfortable.

  If I could add below zero rate I would!! The worst experience I’ve ever had in my entire life, the staff are rude as hell not a single person smiles or speaks politely, the service is even worse, they haven’t heard of what customer service is, especially the Asian girl with glasses at the accessories area ! What an attitude! It’s been 5 years and nothing changed from bad to worse and worse, I hate going into stores for that reason they are not helpful ,rude , and have zero respect to their customers, not recommended at all.

  I visited the Apple Store recently intending to purchase an iPad using my girlfriend’s student discount. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing and quite frustrating due to inconsistent information from the staff member assisting me. Initially, I was told that I would be able to pay using my Creation card/account, and I was even given a QR code to scan to complete the payment. However, when I asked how the student discount would be applied, the staff member seemed unsure and ended up applying it incorrectly. After this confusion, when I was finally ready to make the payment using my Creation account, I was then told that I actually could not use it after all. This left me feeling very disappointed, especially as I had been prepared to complete the purchase there and then. The situation could have been avoided with clearer communication and better knowledge of the payment and discount policies. I expect a much higher standard of customer service from Apple, and this experience unfortunately fell short of that expectation.
